Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant - Red Bluff

If I could give 10 stars I would. The best food, the best flavor, the best service, the best people in town. Just passing through like me? If you come here it will be money we'll spent. Want to try something new? Ask them about their authentic dishes. This place is crazy good. Best mexican food I've had in a long long long time.

I could give10 stars, I would! This is absolutely the cleanest restaurant that I've ever been in! Everything including the kitchen and restrooms are spotless! Not to mention the quality of the food, which is outstanding! It's been a couple of months since I last went there, due to traveling, but the owners Carlos and Alba recognized me immediately. This really makes a difference to me, and no doubt to others. There's a local resident who gets dressed up in his finest just to go there, but other restaurant in Red Bluff! Next time, I'll take some photos.

We stopped here on the long ride from the coast. First impression was the place was clean. The restaurant was clean, the bathrooms spotless. The hostess had us seated in no time and gave us time to decide what to get. The wife ordered a chimichanga while I opted for the pollo Guadalajara. We sat and chatted and before I knew it the food was out and nice and warm. There were no complaints from anyone in the group and the servings were generous.

Went there for my Brother in Laws 80th Birthday. We reserved the area and had Tacos there Buffet style. So Much Food for a Great Price for everyone. Service Excellent

The chilies' colorado was amazing. So much flavor (perfect amount of spice for someone who enjoys it. So was the margarita. But, the basics beans and rice were kinda bland. The authenticity margarita and Marco were refreshing, His food choice was excellent in trying the Chiles Colorado. His father was even kind enough to hold the door for me.

Was shocked they offered a 12oz New York, and for nearly half the price as similar but not as delicious Steak.
